Production Process:

The product is manufactured from polypropylene resin by spinning ,stretching, crimping, relaxation thermal-setting, cutting and baling process.

Remark:
1. M1 is the central Value of number of crimps. It is selected within the scope of 12-15.
2. M2 is the central Value of degree of crimps. It is selected within the scope of 11-14.
3. M3 is the central Value of oil content. It is determined by the manufacturer and should not be lower than 0.3%.
4. K is the cofficient of specific resistant.

Major Applications:

It is used for the production of pure polypropylene fibre fabrics, knitted underclothes, sports wear, and also T-shirt, towel, stock, base cloth for flanneltte, filter cloth and industrial textile, and canvas work clothes by blend spinning with cotton and other fibre.

Packing Size:

1150mmx20mmx80mm

Storage:

Separately stored in dry, cool, ventilated warehouse equipped with firefighting facilities and free from moisture and direct sunshine.

Transportation:

Proudcts in bags are suitable for rail, road, and sea transportation. Handle gently to avoid damages to packing materials and prevent rain, direct sunshine and dust.

Safety Precautions:

1.Keep away from fire and heat sources.
2.Can not be transported or stored together with chemicals of oils, acids and alkali etc.
3.Handle gently to avoid damages to goods and personnel during loading and unloading. Prevent damages to baling strips during hoisting.
